Repeat FOUR TIMES. Finally I (not they) discover the previous owner's name is still on the account for this phone, that's why it's not getting accepted by my company, no one there matching. Explain this to them. Not easy as support is outsourced and everyone barely speaks English. Have to spell things, twice, so they get it right, then have them repeat back to me and make corrections. I go through this, TWICE.

STILL get the stupid phone returned to their warehouse, they STILL have the wrong name. I call, finally get a supervisor to call me back, give HER the information, she confirms it. I get phone today, guess what? These retards STILL HAVE THE WRONG NAME on my account! After two and a half months, FIVE cases, and over a DOZEN phone calls! Needless to say, I'm reselling the phone and going with a company with an ounce of competence. Todd C
