www.usais.org "conducted" legal service in an illegal way.

On March 30, 2003 I registered with USAIS for citizenship application online. The site appeared to be an official site that has lots of similar to INS services. From the website, they claim you can pay $50 to file a Citizenship Application ONLINE, however, after I registered and loged in, the website is actually just a "tutorial" that "teaches" you how to fill the blacks of a form (such as Column 1, you should fill in your last name, Column 2 you should put your first name, etc). So I instantly felt been cheated.

More annoyingly, the site was no longer in service after a while, so I could not even get the "tutorial" online. The following email was a registration confirmation to me.
