I would like to recommend that you change your style of lids for the paper coffee cups. Yesterday am on the way to the airport, I bought your coffee to go. The plastic lid when folded back, is sharp and it cut my lip. After that, it dribbled down my new clean suit.

I was not impressesd. I will no longer buy your coffee unless I see the style of the lid had been changed to something safer.

I agree with this former Tim Horton customer. Will you please change this lid so I can enjoy the best coffee ever.

If you ask for a "dome lid" for your coffee they will give you a lid that is raised in the center above the rim of the cup with a hole in it to drink from. Because there is no break in the lid it stays secure and prevents dribbling. They should change to the dome lid and if I had more time I would start a petition.
