A few months ago, I bought a system to deploy VoIP service from a Canadian company named Flash Horizon. They are based in Mississauga, a place near Toronto.

 

After 5 months of waiting and trials, neither the software (iSwitch and iBravo) nor the hardware (iEnsemble) were able to work on the PCs&#180 at our offices.

 

Finally, this garbage company decided to host part of the software (iSwitch) on their premises, where it works some days well and some days it doesn&#180t work at all. I&#180ve got proof of all these situations, but the worst of all, is that they blame me because their garbage products from their garbage company don&#180t work.

 

After 8 months, since I bought the products, the hardware and software are useless, due to the impossibility for them to work.
