It is now going on six (6) weeks and still no topiary (plus a free plant for orders over $75). I have made numerous calls to the number listed and all I get is "all of our service representatives are busy helping other customers, send an email to "Email User". The automated message says there will be a response in 48 hours. To date I have had not had a response for the messages left or the email.

 

They were quick to charge my credit card and now I can't get information. I was able to get information that they are owned by Future Quest LLC, but there is no other phone number listed in any of the websites or in the yellow pages. The only number is (800) 410-2326.

 

Hopefully, I will hear something from someone soon.
