Complaint for vacuum cleaner

Dear sir, I purchased a vacuum cleaner two years back (at Panipat, Haryana) and it was having a problem in the auto rewind of the power cable. This problem was intimated to the local supplier many times and the problem was not resolved. Also at least three survey perssonnels for customer satisfaction visited our place and they told that the problem will be resolved very soon. I am very disappointed as the problem remains unresolved till date, although I gave many reminders to the dealer (Name M/s Rupinder chawla). Please look into the matter and resolve. Thanking you,
