tekriter.com - A bogus purchase has been made against my credit card - how can I stop this?

A bogus purchase has been made against my credit card how can I stop this? It is someone called tekriter.com claiming they are processing my purchase.

I gave them no credit card details and I know of no purchase being made. It is for 79.89 Dollars.
