INDEX.(Home delivery only item)- Order # 9112583.

Despite being told we would not be able to accept delivery,they left the above item in a muddy back entry behind our house! Fortunately it wasn't stolen but it was damaged and some parts were missing.

When we phoned to complain they said the item would be collected on 5th April and replaced on 6th April,but they couldn't supply us with approximate times.SO BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETANCE WE HAVE TO WAIT IN FOR 2 DAYS WHILE THEY PUT IT RIGHT !

Around midday on 5th April we phoned them to check that the damaged item was being collected and they confirmed that it was.THEY DID NOT TURN UP !

We phoned again on 6th April ,got no explanation and were told that the item would be replaced on 15th April. No doubt we'll be sending another email to Email User on the 16th!

Their literature is peppered with the phrase "We guarantee your satisfaction."

It should say " We lie on the phone, we leave your goods lying about in the street,We do not turn up when we promise to,we will take your money and waste your time.

ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING FROM INDEX SHOULD READ THIS FIRST.
