Order placed for about $900 of oak trim. After several months of waiting for delivery with repeated emails asking when I would be shipped my material I called them and talked to DJ. He accused me of calling every day even though this was the first phone call regarding this order and I had been sending emails about once every two weeks trying to get a ship date. Said he would have Neal call me with a ship date. Naturally, I never got a call back.
Finally I sent an irate email message and got a very angry response back from Neal but still no material shipped or date when it would ship. Filed a complaint with Atlanta better business and got one follow up from them asking if issue had been resolved (to which I responded that it had not). Nothing further from anyone. Sent email asking for refund and Neal said he would have DJ send a refund but it would take at least 30 days. That was several months ago and still nothing, not even any response to my email messages asking where my money is.
This was my second order. The first did get shipped about three months after my order was placed so I figured they were just very slow. Obviously they have serious problems which go far beyond late shipments.
