This is a complaint against Quicken's Intuit's Turbo Tax Programs for federal and state taxes. After waiting for months for the state program to complete taxes, and after hours of trying to get the state system to work by CD and Internet download.

Intuit does not guarantee their product and claims that because it was 60 days beyond the purchase date of when the federal program was purchased, of cousrse they waited past the 60 days of the guarantee time to ship the state program. NOW thats smart.

I guess I am the sucker this year. For anyone who is interested in purchasing Quicken's Products I would not recommend it at all. Just try and call for simple information....
