AOL Outlets - They sold me a printer that was broken when I received it, in fact it was broken before they shipped it. After a ton of email they told me to ship it back for a refund.

They gave me no shipping instructions other than the address. I sent it US Mail. They said the Post Office must have lost it and refused to refund my money. So I am stuck for a piece of equipment that they knew was defective before they even shipped it. Have I been scammed?
