Several years ago I purchased Norton antivirus 2002. Each year since then I've paid the subscription fee and updated the software. Last month I ran an AOL check of my system and it reported that I did not have antivirus protection. Sure enough, most of the functionality for my antivirus was gone.

I cannot reach Symantic online because they require an ID from the missing software in addition to my Internet order number. The original software I purchased and the ID from that software is no longer functional or supported. I cannot find a phone number online although I get a sentence about how busy the call line is.
