FCNB credit card - My wife recently made me aware of the fact that FCNB (First consumers national bank) owed us a refund on a paid off account - She made repeated attempts to call and speak to a human being without success

FCNB credit card!

My wife recently made me aware of the fact that FCNB (First consumers national bank) owed us a refund on a paid off account. She made repeated attempts to call and speak to a human being without success.

The website was equally futile. There website says the only way to secure refund is through sending them a letter via US mail to recover OUR MONEY!! Isn't it interesting that FCNB is not obligated to pay us LATE FEES or additional interest charges for an account thats been paid off since December 2003 as we would be if we were late paying on it.
