Orchard Bank - I opened a secured account with a $200.00 savings deposit - I received a card with an 800 number to activate. I activated the account. When I tried to use the card, it does not work. The messages says, card not activated

Orchard Bank I opened a secured account with a $200.00 savings deposit. I received a card with an 800 number to activate. I activated the account. When I tried to use the card, it does not work. The messages says, card not activated.

 

I began trying to activate the card with another phone call. No one answers. I’ve tried for over a month. I’ve pad over $50.00 activation fee and payment. I wrote a note on the bill. No response. I wrote a letter. No response. I emailed from their web site, nor response. The bill for interest is due again. I’m canceling the card – a very bad experience. Charles K
