Verizon disabled my email account due to unauthorized access but the only way I can communicate with the people that turned it off is through email??

I received a message from Verizon that there was an unauthorized access to my email account, no detail. The message said I could get the details in the file that was attrached to the message.

There was NO attachment. After calling and being forwarded at least 5 times the girl said that the only way i could get it turned back on was by sending them an email.

She suggested I go to a library and send them an email. They are WACKO! I spend over 100.00 per mionth between my phone bill and DSL and it is about to move somewhere else. This is without a doubt the STUPIDEST support call I have ever had and I was in the business for over 35 years......
