I received the seat on March 4th and the box was all tore up.....box was too big and hardly no packing at all;box was squashed!!!!! some parts were bent and a few screws were missing in the gear boxes, and it looked like other parts were missing that the seat sits on, two of the parts, out of the four that the seat sits on, one half of the two parts were missing. We email him because of our complaint and he got very anger with us.This is the letter he sent us.

these seat tracks were from a company that went out of business that used o do conversion

vans ,they are BRAND NEW!! I have sold dozens of these both on e-bay and here locally and have had

NO ONE complain, if you read the listing, to quote you. I didn,t list these as ""new in the box"", I said

they were NEW and had been sitting in a warehouse, and that they were used them for conversion vans

and trucks.......

mark 3 used to do over 50,000 vans a year, using this company,s power sear track design,

only difference from one truck to another was the pedastals...they also were listed as being UNIVERSAL,

and I clearly said that you may have to adapt to make them fit your vehicle...this entire dealing with you

has been one of the most difficult I have ever experianced on e-bay, from the post office deal to the tracking

through fed-ex and now this...maybe you need to re-think your dealings on e-bay and limit your purchasings

to being able to see and touch the item before you purchase it...if your unhappy with the item then send

it back to me and I will send you a refund.....

We sent $150.36 MONEY ORDER ( certified, return receipt) for him to sign and he was mad because he had

to go 25miles to the PO,so he says!!! He received the MO on the 20th of February and he waited till the 25th

to mail it,;he said he got sick!!!!!! he gave us the tracking number for fed-ex which was wrong!!!!! so we had to

call him back and ask him to check the tracking number;he insisted that the number was correct and I told him something was wrong.......he then went back to the number and reliazed he transposed a number....blaming it on the medication he was taking. He blames us for all the confusion he has caused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As to his reference about you might have to adapt to fit your vehicle, I don,t know why he maid that comment!!!

As to his comment about selling dozens of them without a complaint, I compliment him on that feat!!!!!!!!!!

but now he has a complaint!!!!!!!!!! We mailed the seat back and he received it on the 12th of March and

didnot reply!!! I communicated with him two weeks later because no check arrived and that is when he started

screaming and said he would not sent a REFUND!!!!
