We have had problems with mold in our master bathroom since we moved in two years ago. Our tub was removed and left in the middle of our bath area for over 3 months. TW Lewis has had their "Mold" experts come in two times.

The second time saying that there is a "distinct odor" but it's not mold. The point remains that I cannot use my vanity because everything stinks like the horrible "distinct" odor. This is the last time I am dealing with their horrible customer service. I give them one week to pull the vanity out and replace it or things are going to get nasty.
