Well thru my persistance I finally received my last $20.00 rebate from Symantec on April 2,2004. I never stopped calling and checking and asking who and where was I talking to. If you need information from me as to how I settled my complaints I will be happy to instruct you.

It took from August 2003 thru April 2004 to resolve it but I feel that both the company that owed me and the company that was the "middle man' that I talked to are not honest companies. I intend to pursue this matter further with the Federal Government Atty. General's office.

The only way that I got my money was to scare the people I was talking to . Good luck in your quest and do not give up! Lois
