I purchased two Palm M130 units...and after 1 year, one unit has ceased functioning. Of course, this was done at the end of the warranty...who would believe that they would make a defective product that "died" as soon as the warranty ended. I called palm and they would only accept it for repair if they got payment in advance. Well, since it is a defective unit, I returned it to Palm corporate office...along with a letter to: Mr. Todd Bradley,

President and Chief Executive Officer

400 N. McCarthy Blvd.

Milpitas, CA 95035. Palm returned it without the repairs...with a form stating that it should be

sent to their repair facility. I would NEVER purchase another organizer from Palm. They do not stand by their customers...it seems that all they are interested in doing is robbing the customer. I no longer recommend them to friends...and there are a number of problems with their units from what friends have told me.
