If you have cablevision, then beware. Time-Warner is the worst. I had it for 18 years but I'll never go back, no way. They sent me a bill for a roadrunner modem, roadrunner wouldnot work on my last computer. They insisted on installing it anyway. I am disabled and don't get out any.

What they did was promise several times to come and get and didn't. So then they send my account to a place called CREDIT PROTECTION ASSOCIATES. I've emailed them several times and no response. In my opionion Time-Warner cable bites. Thanks
