I ordered a Dell Inspirion 9100 notebook computer over a month ago. As of today, I still have not received it. I have called NUMEROUS times to their customer care department. They have given me misinformation, they have lied to me, and they have hung up on me.
They have told me that they are going to return my call the next day and then do not call ever. I was very excited to be purchasing , what I thought, was going to be a great computer with great customer service. What I got was NO computer and lousy customer service.
I don't have the computer so I can't say anything about that, but I will tell you I would NEVER buy another item from Dell. EVER!!!!
