I called Nextel to ask kindly if they had plans in the near future to erect a cell tower in my area! I told them I was at the time a 1.5 year customer and always had a problem with my calls being droped, in and around my home!
The customer rep. asked me if I would like to pay for the new tower and if I knew how expencive they were then hungup on me. I still have problems with droped calls!
