Unsatisfied Customer with Supecuts (on Forest and Marsh, Dallas, TX
April 05, 2004 To any oSupecutsy concern, hopefully, I normally get my haircuts at the Supercuts in the evening, when I'm out of work, and when I actually have some down time to get one. Anyways, I fortunately had a day off (a Thursday, I think), and decided to break my routine and decided to get a haircut in the early afternoon, around 3 pm or something. When I entered the store, I did what I normally do when I enter this particular Supercuts, and was accustomed to being greeted and feel warmly. But I noticed that in this time of day, there were a lot of people waiting to get a haircut, so I was fully aware that the stylist were in a hurry to get the job done. But what struck me was the fact there was no receptionist to help the stylist in their tasks.
The stylists had to do all the jobs that a receptionist is supposed to do, like answering the phones, or helping customers entering the stores, and charging them after their haircuts, etc. And when I got my haircut, I was plauged with these interuptions, and to say the least, my haircut wasn't exactly the best one that could be done, if you know what I mean. I can't blame the stylist, they were under too much stress by performing simultaneous tasks all in once. But I mad that the owners of this Supercut can't at least hire a receptionist for this time, since it kinda seem to me that this time seemed to be busy with business.
