I purchased 4 belly button rings ($36.96 /includes shipping) on March 20th, 2004. I got a confirmation email that my order had been processes and would ship next business day. My checking account was debited on March 25th for the above amount.

As of April 5th, 2004 today, I have not received my jewelry, the above company has only answered my email twice very ambiquously with no contact name. They said the problem was my debit card and that they had to verify my address...well they didn't seem to have any problem getting my money did they? The second email said that the product had shipped and someone would call me here at home today 4-5-04 to verify shipment and confirm delivery signature. (there is no signature because it has never arrived !!)

No one called, I have no new emails, no jewelry....and I called them and it is only a message machine which says they apologize to ALL CUSTOMERS for the delay but they are having problems with their website??!! But that orders are being shipped out normally????? I called three times during their supposed business hours 9am to 4pm and no one answers just the message machine.

This is a fly by night outfit that does not deliver what they promise, they don't respond to your inquires, they lie about your shipment and I just want my money back.
