My complaint is also against cherry hill triples in cherry hill New Jersey.

on 2-23-04 i purchased a 1998 chevy mailbui i paid cash and owed them nothing. they assured me i would have the title tags and registration in two weeks, after i paid them they tried to get another 250.00 dollars from me saying the sales person did not give me the right price, i refused and they just walked around for a while acting like they didn't know what to do, i said give me my money back then and i will leave, they didn't want to do that so they agreed.

well it had been almost 60 days and have no title. apparently the title was not owed by cherry hill triplex, but a loan company that has not been paid. i have contacted consumer affairs who has filed a complaint and the better business bearu who told me they have over 30 UN answered complaints.

i finaly had to contact the county prosecutors office who suggested i file a complaint with the local sheriff they did say they would give me my money back after that but only if i give them the car and then let then look it over and mail me check. yeah right, no way.

this company is the worst ever, once i get my money or title i would never go here again
