I have been trying to get my fifth wheel fixed since January, to no avail. They will come out and fix one or two things ,but never all at one time. I have been fighting with Mark S @ Flair Interiors on the workmanship of the furniture in my rig. It is a 36ft. Challenger fifth wheel by Keystone. I love the layout but not the quality of the unit. The warranty work has not been taken care of completely. It has been a fight from the start.

RV Connections says it is not being paid by Keystone and Keystone is saying they have given the ok for RV Connection to repair the things that are wrong. I do not know who is supposed to take of this mess, but, after I have paid 40,000.00 dollars for this rig, they should stand behind what they have sold. I do not care if RV Connections is getting paid or not as I was told they would make everything right if things went wrong under warranty. They have not done what they have said.

The furniture is cheaply made and so is the plumbing. I am now trying to get a rusty sink ring replaced and this unit is just a year old, and the rubber seals on the slide outs are to be replaced the third time as they will not stay glued. A company is only as good as their word...that seem to be a flaw in RV Connections and Flair Interiors business dealings. Thank you for listening and maybe this will warn others
