PEOPLEPC: NO ONE ANSWERS THE CANCELLATION LINE

For all of you out there looking for cheap internet service,DON'T,and i say don't be tempted to try PEOPLEPC.There are a lot of other better services for the same price.Once you have PEOPLEPC you canbet they won't let you cancel until they get a few payments more out of you.They have a press #4 to cancel, but if you can get them to answer is another story. i tried for 1 week to get through. Hours a day on hold waiting for the next aval. rep.

Finally i told myself ,don't hang up till they answer.sure enough I got someone and when I told him i was tired of waiting on hold he says"Well Mam, if you would just wait for the next available rep it wouldn't take so long" Good I was not near enough to him to rip his head off!

I told him " DUDE,YOU ARE THE NEXT AVAIL REP SINCE 1 AND A HALF HOUR AGO!!!"

Well i finally got it cancelled but lost 2 mos worth of payment money. that is how long it took. Here it ia still April and I have already been charged for May. OH, and believe me I tried,,,,NO REFUNDS through that company.So i've paid for next month and won't even be using it. I have a broken computer and was the original reason for the end to the service. computer crashed in Feb and here it is April and i'm now paid for May. LOL Do you think I will ever plug that cd in again? LOL
