I was billed $23.90 (posted 3-13) after being told that I would have free service with AOL untl 6-10-04. I had called to cancel because I had no computer at that time and that deal was offered to me so I would have time to get my computer back and make up my mind as to keeping AOL or not.

I called today to have this charge removed and 'Annie' was very rude . She said I had only called AOL once and I have called twice.Will you please remove this charge from my Sears Gold Mastercard last four numbers are 0452? Thank you
