Having ordered sample product at reduced price, Mdr without authorization, debited my account for the full price of a months supply, causing my account to be overdrawn for which I was charged $21. I was charged another $21 for a check that should have been good if not for the MDR charge.

Had a very difficult time with getting this corrected, costing me more time and money. The second $21 charge has never been credited to my account. They have not responded to letter from Better Business Bureau, tho I was told by MDR that they were working with BBB.
