Chicago, IL The corporate number for Sprint PCS is 913-794-0000. I have tried speaking to the manager (Omar) at the LaSalle location, and his District Manager (Page Nelson) and the manager told me to take my phone to a different location and the district manager just simply never returned my calls.

So I did alittle research and found the number for the corporate office located in Overland Park, KS, ask for the executive office, I spoke to Marsha. My phone would not send and receive pictures, I had it re-provisioned three times by the tech in the LaSalle street location and it was never fixed, it seems small and trivial, but it is the run around and disrespect that Sprint PCS extends to its clients that irritated me and provoked me into contacting the corporate office. If you have a complaint/issues with Sprint I recommend that you send a call to their corporate office, do not allow them to get away with treating their customers the way that they do.

This coporate number was not what I found to be on the Sprint Website. This number was and when I called it stated it was the Corporate number. 703-444-4000.
