Chicago, Illinois Purchased Alarm system for home, was told by Alarm 1 that they were nationwide, so that if I was relocated by my company (which happens quite often), I could move my Alarm service with me.

When I was relocated by my company, I found out Alarm 1 is in Colorado, California, and Illinois only, and that I had to pay for my three years service even though I could not use them anymore. They have since turned my into collections for a service I cannot use. Wayne G
