I believe it's very telling that when you do a Yahoo search for Yahoo Customer Service the Yahoo response is it CANNOT FIND YAHOO CUSTOMER SERVICE... Neither can anyone else... After speaking nearly 90 minutes with a gentleman in India yesterday trying to resolve a connection (problem ID 43569410) problem, and his final suggestion was for me to take my computer back to the retailer.... A

single 5 minute call to my brother in high-school and the problem was fixed... Something is seriously wrong. Gregg W
