hi thanks for everything ive recieved a letter this morning fron the head of lg saying he coudnt apoligise enough for the way this was handled and hes give me a full refund thank u again for highlighting these complaints without people like u we would be in turmoil.

i purchased an lg dishwasher last april from currys it had a 2 year guarantee on it they rang me about 10 weeks ago telling me that there was a design fault on them and they could possibly go on fire.so they had to replace the whole module.so they sent out an engineer fitted a new module a week later the dishwasher stopped working machine full of water got them out again they engineer told me that there were 2 types and that the wrong one was fitted.

so he replaced that one with the second one,8 days later that one broke down i havent been able to use it on and off for 5 weeks each module they replaced had a letter with it saying dont leave the dishwasher unattended or go out while its on now they want to replace the same module a 3rd time im quite upset with this product becuase it dosent do what i bought it for could you please tell me if i have any rights hoping you can help
