I purchased 3 gucci bags from this website and spoke to a Spanish girl name Linda. When I received one of the three bags I can tell you it was a total used bag and the other two were the same color but looked different. I tried to contact the company by phone and in person to return bags and get my refund and I got NO ANSWER. I paid for $600.00 for these 3 small pochette bags. Please help me with this My info is Stacey G
