On March 23, 2004, I ordered out of their catalog six 2" white wood blinds. I was given a tracking number for my order to check its status on-line. On the same day as I placed the order, my credit card was billed the $490 for the blinds. When I went on line to track my order, it said estimated shipping date was April 7, please allow five to seven days for arrival. Come April 14, no blinds. I call the toll free number (1-877-70BLIND) and was on hold with an annoying message for more than 30 minutes. I e-mailed an inquiry as to my order and when I could expect it. Two more days go by. No e-mail, no blinds, nothing. I call again and now the number is not even working. Bottom line is that I was ripped off by BLINDSGALORE. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company, but I am lefrt without the blinds that I need.
