I ordered Yankee tickets from the Internet site: everyticket.com My order was confirmed by email and I paid extra for next day morning delivery. When the tickets did not arrive the next day, I called and was told the tickets were no longer available as they were sold to someone else.

 

They said they would try to get comparable tickets and promised to call me back within 20 minutes. One hour later, when they hadn't called, I called them and after enduring the usual wait on hold, was told they could not get me tickets.

 

By then, it was too late to get them from another agency. An email to make sure my credit card was not charged has thus far gone unanswered.
