Allowed and agreed a fraudulent charge of $1600 on my card even after I disputed the charge and demonstrated in writing to Disovercard that the charge was an unauthorized charge. The Merchant violated every Discover card Merchant rules, did not have my name, address, signature imprint or copy of my card and he/she never saw me before. I have never seen, dealt or authorized this company to charge my card for that amount.

What make this case worst is that I am in New York; the company charging me is New Hampshire. Disovercard presented me with an invoice issued to another name, lacking address or any information that would indicate that I am responsible for the charge.

Rude, unfriendly and arrogant representatives told me that I have no other option but to pay the amount. I have never had a charge back in my life before, have perfect credit and I used to use the Discovercard exclusively for almost 10 years. No anymore.
