Marshall's, Harrisburg, PA - a few days ago I went to the Marshall's store located in Harrisburg, PA and I was treated very badly by one of the managers

Hi, I would like to remain anonymous, but a few days ago I went to the Marshall's store located in Harrisburg, PA and I was treated very badly by one of the manager's. I don't know her name, but she was short with short dark hair and glasses. I have never been more humiliated in my life!

I had wanted to do a return on some items and she did not return them even though I had my receipt. She was extremely rude to me. As a frequent Marshall's customer I will probably never again go to that store. I would buy a lot of my things there, but will never again go to that store or maybe none of them.

I would appreciate it if my name remains anonymous and that this woman is repremanded for such awful treatment.
