I bought a calypso elite washer and dryer and I've had nothing but headaches since then. Washing is a nightmare. The representatives with your company has been polite and curtious but that is only because they know that this washer is a piece of crap!! I've phoned them and some say that I'm using the wrong detergent or I'm doing something wrong.

Well, I'm not!! I did everything by the book, your book and still gray, dingy whites with spots and I have just given up chlorine bleach altogether. The bleach somehow remains for the future cycles, so I now have bleach spotted colored clothing, just as well, it matches the dingy white spotted clothing. My children attend private schools so they have to wear white uniform shirts, well a teacher's aid made a comment about my daughter's shirt last year, she said, "You should send her uniforms to the cleaners." I felt so much shame, so I told her that the Sears Calypso Washer is responsible for it.

She did not believe me. I love Sears. I love your products, I love your service, but I am all out of patience. I looked on the internet to see if other people who purchased this product have been having problems too, and what do you know? On epinions.com, the first site I get to, there are compaints, the same complaints as I have. I am offended to think that your representatives would mislead me into thinking that I do not know how to wash clothes.

Sears is very much aware of this defected product and I hope as a loyal customer they will justify this situation with me. This product should be removed completely from the market until all kinks are worked out.
