insta clone - I purchased "insta clone" and I cannot enter the serial number - they say I need to enter"D VDbackupbuccy.com

I purchased "insta clone" and I cannot enter the serial number....they say I need to enter"D VDbackupbuccy.com" in order to "purchase" a serial number that I need (supposedly) to get to the software which I already paid $40.00. Why should I need to purchase a "serial" number. This is like a scam!!!
