AOL - wan't billing date changed

AOL - wan't billing date changed

My checking is overdrawn

Due to illnes and health problems I am unable to afford AOL at this time. I e-mail my problem and ask to change my billing date, but the charge witht hrough and clause my account to be overdrawn for over a hundred dollars, I am on disabilty and can't afford these charges, this would have been my grocery money.
