Acer Computers - purchased one of there laptops and did not get my bundled software or O.S. software

my complaint is with acer computers

I purchased one of there laptops and did not get my bundled software or O.S. software. with all the virii lately it has compromised the software, so I contacted acer to inquire about the cd's [rinee] informs me that after spending all that money on their computer I now have to pay for the cds as well 50$ and they say its for shipping and handling, well lets see.

cds are already made so you go pick it up, print out a label, afix label to evelope and fill with cds, drop in mail, all for a grand total of 10$ with empoyee time and costs, I am sick of getting fleeced by a computer companys because I was dumb to purchase their product . why should I pay twice for some thing that is mine and was payed for in the original purchase.

ps: I am only 45 minutes from their location

for 50$ I could go there and pick it up from the door come home and still have 20 $ to spare! but why would I use my neighbours gas guzzler. when I can go even cheaper then that !
