DELL PC

 

I AM DISCUSSED WITH DELL AND ITS PROMISS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE .... LAST YEAR I PURCHASED A COMPUTER FROM DELL THROUGH A STUDENT PURCHASE PROGRAM... TERRIFIC... EXCEPT THAT THE COMPUTER WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME....I NEVER SAW IT...NEVER TOUCHED IT...I DONT HAVE IT....I DID NOT SIGN FOR IT....

 

NEVER CAME TO MY DOOR...I DO NOT HAVE A DELL COMPUTER....BUT I HAVE A DELL BILL....AND A COLLECTION AGENCY THAT IS HOUNDING ME TO PAY FOR A COMPUTER THAT I DO NOT HAVE...I HAVE CALLED DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE ...THEY NOTE THAT THERE IS NO DELIVERY SLIP....THEY DONT HAVE MY SIGNATURE....THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT THEY SAY...

 

I GUESS TAKING CARE OF IT MEANS TURNING ME OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY AND BULLYING ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I NEVER RECEIVED AND DO NOT HAVE....I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DELL...THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DOING THE RIGHT THING BY THERE CUSTOMERS...DO NOT BUY DELL PRODUCTS THEY DONT GIVE A TINKERS DAMN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS....QMARQUISS
