Terrible experience

I walked in InTownSuites, Culebra,TX on 04/24/2004 and paid $275.13 (175.13 for 1 week and $100 deposit). InTownhome Suites gave me a room at 3.51 pm on 04/24/2004. I requested a non-smoking room. Within 5 minutes, I started having headache as the room was a smoking room. I went to the office immediately. The office was locked and I had to wait for 30 minutes before the courtsey officer found the manager Ms Sandra (Culebra, TX). She refused to give any other non-smoking room or refund my money. After trying to reason with manager for about 30 minutes, I asked her to check me out. These are the times on the checkout receipt

(1) Check in - 3.51.06 PM ( Trans # 5468 )

(2) Check Out - 5:15:32 PM ( Trans # 5471 ) InTown Suites have not provided the service and refused to return the money. Someone needs to ask some serious questions of the management practices of this national chain and expose their preying on the less informed, in my experience and opinion. I can not find the address of the main office, or anyone to complain to, but here is the address of the offending property InTown Suites
