No support & System Problem with HostElite - web hosting company

Case 1: In their website they written 24/7 support This is a lie ! What their support said "We're are here 24 hours a aday, but support times are 24 hours reply" The best ever performance that they can show is handling your problems after 24 hours. In fact some are 1 week and up to 1 month to reply.
Even when they reply, they don't give you the precise answer to it, normally are nonsense and you will need to reply to it and wait for another 24hours.
Recently, there is a change in their support after using serversupportdesk, the Technical Support Department by Jason ONLY can promptly support me with precise answer (not like others talking about nonsense) . But others department which I faced, the support/service/attitude is still the same, unchange ! MY GOD !
Case 2: I am using the diskspace to store my emails. I have maximum of 200MB. In fact my emails has just consumed 138MB only, but the system said I am consuming 276 MB which is over limit. I am paying the fees !
I brought up this case to HostElite, since 29 march 2004. It remain unsolve and without feedback. As per today 26 April 2004, there is still no feedback. The ticket support which I sent to them remain unchange, no reply.
I hope by sending a complaints to www.complaints.com.my will make HostElite look at my case ! Hope my support for case number 2 will not be ignored again. Regards, Rachel Junk M
