COMPLAINT AGAINST:

Subject: Non receipt of Magazines & Gift towards Subscription No. MV17865

for A&M I am a subscriber of A&M who has towards 5 years subscription (Subscription No. MV17865) While you have been making airy fairy claims that your publication A&M is going great guns , it is regretful to note that a magazine of your repute has stopped sending the publications after 8 months. I have reported this to you by fax, e-mail & telephone but despite written assurances ( copies retained ) from your side for taking corrective measures and sending the needful , nothing has been done over the last 4 years. I am hereby requesting for the last time that I should get the assured gifts or else my money should be refunded with interest. I do not think that it would be wrong on my part to approach the Consumer Court in case my request is not met by 30th April , 2004. With regards Pulak B
