Electric Service
I moved from my last residence in September 2003. I canceled my electricity and all other utility service I had. TXU, my electric provider, did not cancel my account and kept billing me until today. Even though I paid my last electric bill, after a month and a half I started to get bills from TXU.
Everytime I called TXU I had to wait for at least 15 to 20 min. just to be told that they were going to take care of my problem. After a couple of times of calling and Iosing my time, I decided to talk to a supervisor. It was the same story. Throwing the ball from one department to another.
So far I haven't received my refund for the deposit I gave TXU. I was told today (25 Apr 04), after talking to this same supervisor that he was sending a message - about the 5th message I would say- and that I would receive my refund within ten days. I see what excuse I get after the ten days...
