I don't have the address with me but I do wish to voice a complaint.

Just about 2 weeks ago I went to the doctor. The Meds she prescribed weren't denied by my insurance, they would call the doctor. I left there thinking they will contact the doctor and change the meds. Just today, 12 days later I get a call from your pharmacy saying that I need to pick-up my meds by Friday.

I didn't even know I had any waiting for pick-up. I asked her how long they had been ready and she says since April 20th. I asked why was I not called and she says they make there calls on Mondays.

This store pharmacy is the most unprofessional, impersonal & rudest pharmacy I have ever used.

I will be transferring my meds to another pharmacy.
