Business Location: Gurgaon Complaint Details: I purchased ICICI Tax Saving Bonds for Rs. 20000.00. My Bond Holder Number is 02614-033 and Certificate Number is 175763. I received interest warrant for this year with incorrect bank information. I sent back that interest warrant along with an application to ICICI Mumbai office requested to change Bank details on warrant. After some time when I called ICICI customer service I got to know that another interest warrant has been dispatched from ICICI on 6th of March and I should receive it in a week time. That was on/around 8th of March. I waited till around 20th of March and talked to ICICI customer service representative Meghna S and inquired about same. She opened a case Ref no. 59352 and again asked me to wait for one more week. Again I contacted ICICI customer service around 30th March and this time I talked to one of ICICI customer service supervisor, he brought this issue to one of his supervisor/manager Mr. M. Nandha. Mr. M. Nandha said that looks like warrant got misplaced and we are going to send “Duplicate Procedure” by courier, please fill that out and send to us and we’ll issue another warrant. Till last week around 10th April I did not received any thing (“Duplicate Procedure”). I called customer service and talked to a gentleman called Sandeep. Sandeep put me on hold and instead of looking into this matter, just simply disconnected the phone and ran away. Then I called Mr. M. Nandha directly at 040-55369830. This was a STD call. He said I don’t know why “Duplicate Procedure” did not get dispatched so far, let me check and I’ll get back to you very soon.

 

He never ever turned back to me. Again I sent few email to ICICI and this time I got response from Uma Varadhan, ICICI Infotech Limited Vashi, Mumbai. She mentioned that “Based on your request through call center, the procedure for issue of duplicate interest was dispatched to you on 15/04/2004 to your office address”. Today is 27th of April, 2004 and I have not received any procedure for issue from Uma Varadhan. At this moment I do not know what to do, whom to call, who can look into this? Another example of awesome customer service from ICICI. Sanjeev
