Readers Publication Services, Stephens City, VA - sent money - I believed that it was a legitimate billing, but it wasn't

Please help me. I am very upset by this company. I am another victim of their scam. I sent $56 to this company at Readers Publication Services STE 201 5445 Main St. Stephens city, Va 22655-2800 (28 in Dec. 03 and $28 in Feb 04).

I believed that it was a legitimate billing. When I contacted Town and Country magazine they told me that they had not received any money from them. Also, that this company was not authorized to collect for them.

I called this company at 757 431 0038 and a Keith M. (he doesn't have a last name) told me that he would request a refund. That was on April 12, I believe. I have also written to them and told them that I was going to contact the IRS. How many people have sent in subscription renewals to them. The people who cashed my check are:National Concepts Marketing.

Their account is with Bank of America. Please give me the Regional branch address of the IRS and the State of Virginia Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. I am very angry that these people stole $56 from me and I want it back.

I could give it to some homeless person rather than these dishonest people. Also the embarrassment of send some phony organization my money. I believe the IRS should get this information and shut them down. How much money do you think they have collected from people
